Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate shipment details, proper documentation, and safe packaging. Any fines, delays, penalties, or charges caused by incorrect information or non-compliance remain the responsibility of the customer.
Customs and Regulatory Compliance
All shipments must comply with Guyanese and international trade laws. SSAF Logistics Guyana assists with customs processing but is not responsible for clearance delays, inspections, or regulatory decisions made by authorities.
Liability Limitation

Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension. SSAF Logistics Guyana reserves the right to retain cargo until outstanding balances are settled where permitted by law.
